Future Direction Strategy
The Executive of Cronulla Sutherland Junior Baseball Association considered and approved the establishment of a sub-committee under Section 30.1 of the CSJBA Constitution to formulate a plan looking into future goals for the Association. This committee was called the Future Directions Committee.
The Charter requested the Future Directions Committee assist the Executive in fulfilling its oversight
responsibilities relating to two points:
CSJBA Secretary emailed out an Expression of Interest to all Clubs seeking interested people who may be willing to be considered for the Future Directions Committee (FDC). The Committee was established and comprised four members of the Association, chaired by a Life Member.

- Medium to Long Term Future Direction of the Association,
- Development of a Business Plan associated with said direction.
